You need to apply at the American Embassy.

application is made at the American embassy in Sweden. without an employer who has certified that they can't find suitable Americans for the job, it likely won't be approved AND the embassy clerks will help you understand what is required under the different programs that exist.

US Embassy. Be aware the the Work visa (HB1 visas) are only for occupations in which there is a shortage, typically nursing and doctors and you are fully sponsored by a certified and legal medical institution and yuo have met all the medical/board certifications to practice medicine in USA. The other work visas are when someone in the US has already offered you a job and is willing to fully sponsor you. They have to be a legal bussiness, not a friend of a relative. If you just want a work visa, just 'cuz you home to find a job, I'm afraid that you are out of luck. Good luck

USA embassy. I have L1 visa-work and I apply in USA embassy in my country.

You do NOT apply. In the United States it is the employer who makes the application. So, first you need to find an employer who is willing to hire you and sponsor you for the visa. Then, the employer will make the application.
