If you're an EU citizen already you don't need a work permit to get a job you can just apply, i think.

If your country is part of the EU, then you don't need a work visa. If you are from a country outside the EU, then you must go back to your country and apply from there. It takes an average of 6 months to a year. You need to apply through "Migrationsverket" (migrationsverket.se).
