No, the requirements are not the same as Sweden; having a student visa does not necessarily entitle you to work in Denmark.

If you are not an EU Citizen, you will need a work permit. To get the work permit, your education has to be one of those, that are in demand in Denmark. There a not a lot of jobs available, so it is an almost impossible task at the moment. If you have a job at hand, it can help speed up the process with the permit. If yo do not speak Danish or fluent English, it will be even more difficult.
