does she have a counseling license? To be honest, finding employment in California right now would be most difficult either in clinical work or for the government. The economy in Ca. is terrible and many are cutting back on non-essentials.... It is best that she find a position first....but to start the ball rolling she needs to contact an American embassy and get the forms to come as a worker...depending on what is required, move in that direction
