I am about to enter the IB program in Sweden and live there for two years. I would like to purchase an Alienware laptop here in America, but am confused if it would work in Sweden with the voltage and any wifi internet options. The house I will be staying at has Wi-fi. So, I am mainly asking what snags would I encounter if I where to take it to Sweden and how do I fix them?

You'll probably encountering voltage and frequency differences. I'm sure there's an adapter transformer you can buy at Radioshack, or try a hardware store.
