You don't give any details of your nationality and in which case it makes it nigh impossible to answer your question. If you hold an EU passport then in principle you are free to move to these countries under the EU/EEA agreements, and then seek work. However, if you are non-EU/EEA, then you will need a visa and/or residence permit and/or a work permit, and these are not easy to obtain. In principle, you must demonstrate skills that make you unique. The company must apply for a work permit on your behalf and will only receive it IF they can prove that the position mentioned is one that cannot be fulilled by anyone from the pool of labour in the EU/EEA. Therefore working in a hotel and on commerical boats in catering and service - well I am afraid that you will not get a permit for this realistically.
