-The right to work in Sweden. In other words, citizenship with an EU or Nordic country, or a residence permit for Sweden. If you're a non-EU resident, you won't be able to get a work permit/company sponsorship for a teller position. -Proficiency in Swedish or another Scandinavian language (additional languages like French or Arabic are always helpful). -I looked up a few teller jobs on career web sites, and all of them say personality is the most important thing. Most prefer some sort of economic background from studies (either the economic line of study from high school, or higher education) or work experience. Qualifications listed are service-oriented, high social competence/outgoing, strong initiative, energetic and ambitious. It seems like many of the jobs go through employment agencies like Adecco and Manpower, so that would be a good place to start if you're interested.
